The institution is situated in Valappad Panchayath near Nattika and has 1.62 acres of land in its possession. The College has two storey building with over 2000 square feet ; Well equipped labs for Electronics as well as Computer with state_of_ art technology ; uninterrrupted power supply ; tap water connection from Kerala Water Authority ; spacious class rooms ; Experienced staffs ; Placement Cell ; Seminar hall ; Alumni Association ;two_wheeler parking space ; water cooler facility ; bottle water facility ; Ladies Waiting shed ; Separate toilet block for boys , girls ; Basket ball court ; Private hostels for boys and girls ; coffee shop nearby; Spacious Playground nearby

Other than 10 lakhs of IHRD funds , the college building is constructed using 10lakhs MP fund Shri . Thennala Balakrishna Pillai , 25 lakhs MP fund Shri A.K. Antony and 40 lakhs Nattika MLA fund Smt. Geetha Gopi (2019). The college main building construction is completed .

PG lab equipments worth 6.5 lakhs was received from Nattika MLA Smt. Geetha Gopi in 2014. In 2010 , Nattika MLA Shri. T.N. Pratapan has allotted funds for purchasing 1 no. of Acer make Laptop for the institution.
