The RVS College of Nursing was started in 1993. The College is affiliated to the Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University and is recognized by the Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi and by the Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council, Chennai. At the helm of the College, steering its academic and administrative set up was Emeritus Professor and Director of the College Mrs. G.Sigamany. The constant guidance of Mrs.H. Newman, Secretary, and RVS Educational Trust is an added support to the College.
